Questions
Before you book
The things clients ask most often.
How do I book?
Choose your treatment, date and time on the booking page and pay the deposit. You can also call or WhatsApp +264 81 859 5053 and the salon will book you in.
Why is there a deposit?
The deposit holds your slot. Because appointments run one client at a time, an empty chair cannot be filled at short notice. It comes off the treatment price — you settle the balance at the salon.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The N$100 deposit is non-refundable, and you confirm you understand that before paying.
How do I pay?
The deposit is paid online through the DPO PayGate secure gateway. The balance is settled at the salon. Card details are never seen or stored by Nallo Lashes & Beauty.
How long does a treatment take?
This is still to be confirmed per treatment. The calendar currently reserves a standard block for every appointment, and the salon will tell you the expected time when you book.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Call or WhatsApp +264 81 859 5053 as early as you can and the salon will move you where possible. A formal cancellation and rescheduling policy has not been set yet, so anything beyond the deposit terms is at the salon’s discretion.
What if I am running late?
Call ahead. Appointments are booked back to back, so a late start may mean the treatment has to be shortened or moved.
Do you remove lashes applied somewhere else?
Yes. Removal of another salon’s work is N$100, and removal of a set applied at Nallo is N$50.
When should I book a refill?
While the set is still mostly intact. Once too many extensions have shed, a full new set is usually the better option.
Do you train?
Yes. Justina N Namhadi runs an eyelash training course with a certificate on completion, with or without a starter kit.
Where are you?
Daffodil Street, behind begonia, in Khomasdal, Windhoek.
Do you sell products?
Not yet. When the salon starts stocking retail products they will appear in the shop.
Still not sure?
Call or WhatsApp the salon on +264 81 859 5053 and ask.
