Nallo Lashes & Beauty is a beauty salon at Shop 13, Thorpe Street, Southern Industrial, Windhoek, Namibia. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through nallolashesbeauty.com, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any notes you choose to add (for example allergies or a style you would like)
• The treatment, date and time you book
• The deposit amount, payment status and transaction reference returned by our payment provider

We never see or store your card details. Card payments are made on DPO Pay’s secure payment page. We receive only whether the payment succeeded, the amount, the currency and a transaction reference.

We use your information only to:

• Book, confirm, change and manage your appointment
• Take and verify your deposit
• Send your booking confirmation and receipt
• Contact you about your appointment
• Keep the financial records the law requires
• Resolve any query or dispute about a booking or payment

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us.

We share your information only with the service providers needed to run bookings and payments:

• DPO Pay — processes card payments.
• Supabase — securely stores booking records.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Our email provider — sends booking confirmations and receipts.

We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as they are needed to manage your appointments and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, generally up to five years. After that, records are deleted.

This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Booking records are stored in a secured database that is not publicly accessible, and only authorised salon staff can view them.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single essential cookie keeps salon staff signed in to the salon’s booking dashboard.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records may need to be kept where a payment has been made, as described above. Contact us using the details below.
