Nallo Lashes & Beauty is a beauty studio at Daffodil Street, behind begonia, Khomasdal, Windhoek, Namibia. You can reach us on +264 81 859 5053.

When you book an appointment we ask for:

• your full name;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• anything you choose to write in the notes field.

We also record the treatment, date and time you booked, the deposit paid and the reference the payment gateway returns.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by DPO PayGate on their own secure pages; we receive only whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and a transaction reference.

To hold your appointment, to contact you about it, to take and verify the deposit, and to keep a record of what was booked and paid. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the payment gateway needed to take your deposit.

Booking an appointment does not sign you up to marketing. If we ever start sending offers, it will be because you asked for them, and every message will let you stop them.

To be confirmed by the salonA retention period has not been set yet. Until the salon decides one, booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet any record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling +264 81 859 5053. Some records may need to be kept where a payment has been processed.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A small cookie is used only to keep salon staff signed in to the dashboard.
