A booking is a request for a specific treatment at a specific time with Nallo Lashes & Beauty. It is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and verified. Until then the slot is held but not secured.

A N$100 deposit is required to confirm most appointments. The deposit is non-refundable. You confirm that you understand this before any payment is taken.

The deposit is deducted from the treatment price. The balance is settled at the salon on the day.

Where a treatment costs N$100 or less, the deposit is the full price of the treatment.

Training courses carry their own deposit amounts, shown with each course option.

Deposits are taken through the DPO PayGate secure payment gateway in Namibian Dollars. A booking is marked paid only after the payment has been verified directly with the gateway.

If a payment fails or is cancelled, the appointment stays unconfirmed and the slot may be released.

To be confirmed by the salonThe salon has not set a notice period for changes or cancellations. Until it does, please call +264 81 859 5053 as early as you can — the salon will move your appointment where it can, but the deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.

Appointments run back to back. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or moved. If you do not arrive, the deposit is not returned.

Exact treatment durations are still being confirmed. The calendar reserves a standard block for every appointment; the salon will confirm the expected time when you book.

Please tell the salon before your appointment about allergies, skin conditions, eye conditions, recent treatments, or if you are pregnant. The salon may decline or adjust a treatment where it would not be safe or would not give a good result.

To be confirmed by the salonA patch-test policy for tinting and adhesives has not been supplied. If the salon requires one, it should be stated here and built into the booking flow.

Prices are shown in Namibian Dollars and are the prices supplied by the salon. The price that applies is the one shown when you book. Prices may change for future bookings.

The salon may ask to photograph your treatment for its gallery or social media. You are free to say no, and saying no does not change your appointment in any way.
