Terms & Conditions

Nallo Lashes & Beauty (“Nallo”, “we”, “us”) is a beauty salon in Southern Industrial, Windhoek, Namibia. We provide eyelash extensions, refills and removal; microblading, microshading, eyebrow tinting and shaping; facials; and foot spa treatments. We also offer eyelash and foot spa training courses through the Nallo Academy.

All treatments are performed in person at our salon. We do not sell or ship physical goods online.

Appointments are booked online at nallolashesbeauty.com, or by phone or WhatsApp. An online booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid and verified with our payment provider. Confirmation is shown on screen immediately, and a booking reference is issued.

The service is delivered at our salon, Shop 13, Thorpe Street, Southern Industrial, Windhoek, on the date and time shown in your confirmation. While you complete payment, your chosen time is held for 30 minutes; if payment is not completed within that time, the time is released and no money is taken.

Academy training courses run for three days at the salon. Course dates are agreed with you directly when you enquire.

All prices on this website are in Namibian Dollar (NAD) and include everything listed for that treatment. The price that applies is the price shown when you book. We may change prices for future bookings; a change never affects a booking you have already made.

A deposit is paid online to confirm an appointment. Deposits are:

• Eyelashes: N$100
• Microblading & Brows: N$200
• Facials: N$200
• Foot Spa: N$100

Where a treatment costs less than the deposit, the full treatment price is paid online instead. The deposit is deducted from your treatment price, and the balance is paid at the salon at your appointment. Every deposit and balance is shown before you pay.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be moved to a new appointment. If we cannot provide a booked service, we refund your deposit in full within 14 days. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Online payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed by DPO Pay. Balances at the salon are settled with the salon directly.

Card transactions are acquired for Nallo Lashes & Beauty through DPO Pay, an approved payment gateway. DPO Pay uses strong encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your card details. Your card details are entered only on DPO Pay’s secure payment page and are never stored on this website or by Nallo Lashes & Beauty. You may visit the payment provider’s website to view its security certificate and security policy.

Your personal details (name, phone number and email) are stored by Nallo Lashes & Beauty separately from your card details, which you enter on the payment provider’s secure page. For more on how the payment provider handles card data, please refer to its website.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Namibia. The transaction currency is the Namibian Dollar (NAD).

Please tell us before your appointment about any allergies, skin or eye conditions, recent treatments, medication or pregnancy. We may adjust or decline a treatment where it would not be safe or would not give a good result. If we decline a treatment for safety reasons before starting it, your deposit is moved to another treatment or refunded.

Nallo Lashes & Beauty takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including the services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of the booked services.

This website and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Nallo Lashes & Beauty chooses its physical address, Shop 13, Thorpe Street, Southern Industrial, Windhoek, Namibia, as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top. Changes do not affect bookings already paid for.
